The People of Omega Morgan

The guys and gals on the front lines get all the attention. They are on site, doing the work, and interacting with customers. But as in any production, there are many people behind the scenes who deserve to be recognized for their contribution to a job well done. In a movie the folks behind the camera get credit at the end of the film. This profile campaign is meant to recognize all our employees for being part of an exceptional team.

These are the people of Omega Morgan. We are proud of each and every one of them.

Meet Bryce: AKA The Utility Knife of Omega Morgan

Bryce Sales Ops Coordinator

Meet Bryce

Bryce calls himself a utility knife. His actual job title is Sales and Operations Coordinator (but we might be willing to change that in his case). Bryce Bumgardner’s job is all about solving problems and making things easier for other members of the team. And we appreciate that — it’s all about building strength and trust.

What Bryce Does
“I assist outside sales reps with time management and handling minor details so they can focus on selling. I also help various departments within the company to ensure smooth flow with inter-company issues.”

“A Sales Ops Coordinator at Omega Morgan is kind of a utility knife of the company. You have to be able to fit in anywhere and switch gears at a moment’s notice. The primary mission of the job is to make people’s lives easier at work.”

His Measure of Success
“I love it when a task is finished, and everything went smoothly for the customer and our rep. If both of them feel like they didn’t have to lift a finger, I know I’ve done my job well.”

Planning for Our Success: Introducing Jesse

Jesse Project Manager

Meet Jesse

Seneca (a Roman philosopher) said it best: “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.” That’s how Jesse approaches his job as Project Manager, every day. Preparation, planning, and communication are the keys to executing a successful project. When a job gets done ahead of time, it’s because Jesse was dotting the ‘I’s and crossing the ‘T’s along the way, laying a solid foundation for “luck” when it comes. That’s the Omega Morgan way.

Job Description

“Managing all the jobs from one of Omega Morgan’s largest customers, Nike. I manage these jobs from start to finish, including quoting, inspections, and invoicing.”

What part of your job do you love the most?

“I love being involved in every aspect of the job. When the city or county inspector hands me the final inspection papers, I know that we have completed a job that sometimes takes months of planning and executing.”

Key quote

“It takes a huge amount of communication to run jobs efficiently. I receive about 20 to 40 emails a day, along with close to the same amount of phone calls and texts. Making sure the customer, dispatch, field crews, and other contractors have the information and resources they need before they need them is the key to making a job go well.”

Outside Interests

“My hobbies always include my family. Church, sports, and traveling are usually in the mix. As a family, we try to go on one road trip and an international trip every year. Last year we wanted to go to Peru in September, but COVID restrictions postponed our travel plans.”
