The People of Omega Morgan

The guys and gals on the front lines get all the attention. They are on site, doing the work, and interacting with customers. But as in any production, there are many people behind the scenes who deserve to be recognized for their contribution to a job well done. In a movie the folks behind the camera get credit at the end of the film. This profile campaign is meant to recognize all our employees for being part of an exceptional team.

These are the people of Omega Morgan. We are proud of each and every one of them.

Meet Bryce: AKA The Utility Knife of Omega Morgan

Bryce Sales Ops Coordinator

Meet Bryce

Bryce calls himself a utility knife. His actual job title is Sales and Operations Coordinator (but we might be willing to change that in his case). Bryce Bumgardner’s job is all about solving problems and making things easier for other members of the team. And we appreciate that — it’s all about building strength and trust.

What Bryce Does
“I assist outside sales reps with time management and handling minor details so they can focus on selling. I also help various departments within the company to ensure smooth flow with inter-company issues.”

“A Sales Ops Coordinator at Omega Morgan is kind of a utility knife of the company. You have to be able to fit in anywhere and switch gears at a moment’s notice. The primary mission of the job is to make people’s lives easier at work.”

His Measure of Success
“I love it when a task is finished, and everything went smoothly for the customer and our rep. If both of them feel like they didn’t have to lift a finger, I know I’ve done my job well.”

Every Challenge is a Good Challenge. Get to know Lisa.

Lisa Inventory Control Manager

Meet Lisa

As our Inventory Control Manager, Lisa heads up our Industrial Storage and Warehousing business. There are a lot of moving parts to Lisa’s job: each day, you could find her taking in new assets for storage, managing the freight of customer materials, or checking inventory with her staff. Everyday is a new challenge, and Lisa wouldn’t have it any other way. We admire Lisa’s attitude; it’s the kind of mindset that builds strength and trust.

What Lisa does
“I am the head of the storage business unit. I’m responsible for profit and loss, labor, and freight in all interstate Omega Morgan warehouses. I’m also the Hillsboro facility manager.”

What part of your job do you love the most?
“I enjoy the challenges that each new day presents. It’s not usually ‘same old-same old,’ and that makes it fun! I’m delighted to have a team who enjoys working together and is up to the unique challenges every day.”

Key quote
“Remember that we are all on the same team and one person’s actions affect the whole team. The freight cycle continues, and we need a coordinated effort to stay on top of it all.”

Outside Interests
“Right now, my hobby is re-working our house. Since COVID, I’ve been baking — which is a yummy but slightly dangerous pastime.”
