Our Commitment to Safety

Omega Morgan is committed to the belief that incidents involving people or equipment represent an unacceptable harm to those impacted, as well as a cost to the company, to the industry, and to the community in general.

Therefore, we are committed to working with our employees, families, clients, and communities to prevent these incidents, while continuously improving our health and safety program. Omega Morgan recognizes the rights of our workers and strives to provide a safe and healthy work environment.

Incidents are quite often indicative of inefficient operations, which can result not only in employee injuries, but property and equipment damage, production and schedule disruptions, and a lack of service to our customers. Omega Morgan leadership, supervision, and employees are an invaluable resource to the success of an incident- and injury-free work environment. Omega Morgan is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment while performing work in a quality manner. All levels of management and each employee shall make an incident- and injury-free work environment a core value.

Furthermore, Omega Morgan will comply with all local, state, provincial, and federal legislation, regulations, and codes relating to industrial safety and occupational health. Responsibility for compliance is shared between the leadership, supervision, and employees of the company.

Omega Morgan recognizes that each employee has a responsibility to and ownership of not only their own safety and the safety of the company, but also that of their coworkers. All employees must observe and comply with all safety and health rules and regulations. The control and prevention of incidents will require dedicated participation of all Omega Morgan employees, as well as continuous scrutiny by all leadership, for the program to be successful.

The success will be reflected in lower incident frequency and severity rates, improved employee morale, and increased productivity.
