Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administration and solution development of key business systems which include
    • SAP Business One
    • WrightPlan
    • Field Solution Time Entry App
  • Application support for other solutions
    • ComData, Tailwinds, AutoDesk, LoadXpert, 3D-LiftPlan
  • Development of Tools and Reports using
    • SQL
    • MS Office Tools (VBA, etc)
    • Crystal Reports
    • XML
  • Delivers Application Training as needed
  • Delivers backup assistance to Desktop Support Team as needed
  • Resolve issues and executes training both locally and remotely
  • Communicate, Track, and follow-up activities with users and management

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS…

  • Troubleshooting and resolution aptitudes
  • Self-Managing
  • Creative, yet compliant solutioning for unique Enterprise needs
  • Documentation Composition and Maintenance (mostly Wiki-based)
  • Process Improvement Drive and Change Management
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, training abilities, combined with patient instruction delivery
  • Working knowledge of office automation products (e.g. MS Office, Office365)
  • Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience or certifications from entities such as MCSE, MCSA, MCP, Net+, A+, IC3, etc.
