Omega Morgan is a 30 year old company specializing in moving “really big things”. Our people are THE best at what they do! This role is responsible for supporting the continuing growth of the Omega Morgan crane division in Washington. Partnering with operations, the person in this role will tackle the details to ensure successful and profitable crane jobs are sold, launched, executed, and closed.



    • Works with the Omega Morgan Operations teams to provide services and support for crane sales in the Seattle, Tacoma, and general Washington State markets
    • Develop and account manage crane clients
    • Works closely with operations and clients to ensure proper crane assignment per job requirements
    • Prepare and provide custom quotes
    • Prepare and provide lift plans and associated documents
    • Works closely with dispatch communication processes, procedures, assets, and people to get them to the right place at the right time
    • Coordinate last-minute changes to jobs
    • Review completed jobs and assist in the billing process
    • Maintain accurate up to date information in the CRM
    • Performs other duties as required

Required Experience and/or Education…

  • High school diploma or GED required, some college desirable
  • Experience in mobile crane applications and operations
  • 3D lift Planning
  • Advanced computer skills – Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Flexible, able to deal with change
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Very organized, with excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service/communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
